Raising revival banners high, here come The Shoutalouds with their second record. It's called Raw, Hard and Delicious, but Diversity is probably the right name , for they wander from proto heavy sound of Everything Is Just What It Seems to hardened soul of 50 Million Lies to folk punk of She's So. Yet again these Russians play and look like nothing ever happened to rock music since 1970s - if not for guitar solo in I Know, which is a product of collaboration with Alexander Krasnikov. Neat.
Well long may The Shoutalouds live, for this record makes me wanna see what they come up with next time.
